Alex Dolan

Alex Dolan currently serves as General Counsel at Pathos since February 2024. Previously, Alex was Head of Legal at Formation Bio from June 2018 to February 2024, where responsibilities included forming and developing a legal department, overseeing M&A activities, intellectual property, and corporate governance. Alex also held the title of Acting Head of Culture during the same tenure, focusing on workplace experience and culture enhancement. Prior experience includes Managing Counsel in Regulatory Operations at Oscar, where Alex developed regulatory approval processes and systematized legal functions, along with time spent as an Associate at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP. Alex holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
