Chris Poshka is a seasoned recruiter with significant experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Pathos since August 2025, Chris previously held the same position at Recursion from June 2021 to July 2025, where efforts focused on recruiting mission-driven individuals to bridge technology and science in medicine delivery. Prior to this, Chris was the Vice President and Executive Recruiter at Govig BioPharma for over 15 years, specializing in medical leadership roles across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance. Chris's career also includes earlier roles as an Account Executive at FastChannel Network and in retail management with the Seattle Mariners. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Western Washington University, earned in 1998.
