Courtney T.

Courtney T. is a knowledgeable computational biologist and data scientist with a strong background in bioinformatics and genomics. Currently employed at Pathos since March 2022, Courtney has held multiple roles, demonstrating expertise in data analysis and research. At The Johns Hopkins University, a recent graduate research project focused on refining the AlphaRED pipeline for antibody–antigen docking predictions, while also contributing to the development of a neural network curriculum for protein prediction and design. Prior experience includes working at ARUP Laboratories in genomics, Honeyville, Inc. as a quality assurance technician, and conducting undergraduate research on CRISPR gene knockout and viral mutation analysis at Weber State University. Courtney's educational background includes a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Weber State University, supplemented by an Associate of Science from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
