Faisal Nawaz

Faisal Nawaz is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in artificial intelligence and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering - AI at Pathos since June 2025, Faisal previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Synapbox, leading a team to create advanced AI-powered content analysis solutions. Earlier roles include Principal Engineer at NBCUniversal, where significant improvements in project quality and team satisfaction were achieved, and software engineer positions at Google, Credit Suisse, and Freddie Mac, focusing on performance optimization, blockchain solutions, and user interface development. Faisal holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brooklyn College.
