Nathan Burk

Nathan Burk is the Associate General Counsel at Pathos AI, Inc., where they focus on providing strategic legal counsel to rapidly growing companies in various industries, including life sciences and software. Previously, Nathan served as Corporate Counsel at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals and held roles as Associate Attorney at both Gunderson Dettmer and Goodwin. They earned a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Nathan is also a co-author of a published white paper on IP-based broadcast facility remote control.
