Ralph Blust

Ralph Blust is the current President and CRO at Pathpoint. Prior to their current position, they served as the CEO of National Flood Services from May 2019 to February 2021. During their time at National Flood Services, Ralph led and developed a new product and sales vision to achieve top line growth. Ralph also instilled a metric-driven transparency both internally and externally, and drove expense reduction and operational efficiencies to achieve profitability. Ralph realigned senior leaders by implementing a flattened organizational structure, creating a senior leadership team, and developing a growth strategy with clear short- and long-term objectives. In addition, they prioritized the development of an industry-leading technology platform that modernized and simplified the user experience. Under Ralph's leadership, National Flood Services was able to stabilize current clients and win new clients, reversing a 5+ year trend of clients leaving the firm.

Prior to their role at National Flood Services, Ralph served as the Executive Vice President at Crump Insurance in Chicago from November 2002 to November 2010. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's commercial insurance business. From November 2010 to March 2014, Ralph served as the Managing Partner and Willis Commercial Network Leader for North America at Willis. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's commercial insurance business in North America.

Ralph Blust studied risk management at Illinois Wesleyan University, and now works in insurance and finance.

They are on a team with Mike Hagberg - VP, Engineering, Liz Deranja - Head of Marketing, and Hamza Amjad - Head of Data and Operations. Ralph Blust reports to Alex Bargmann, CEO.
