Kermit Farmer is the Founder and Chief Ethos Officer of Paths, driving a community engagement platform that connects individuals with local resources and opportunities. They previously founded Village Creed, LLC, where they developed a software platform intended to streamline community organization and volunteer mobilization. Kermit has extensive experience in youth educational programs and community outreach, having served as Executive Director at the Challenger Learning Center and as Children's and Youth Manager at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Kermit’s work is grounded in a belief that effective community systems foster thriving environments where people are connected to purpose and to each other. They are currently pursuing education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
