About:
Building Independent Thinkers in Rural India
Pathsarthee Foundation is an education NGO working with rural schools and communities to build thinking ability, communication, and personality in students. We believe students do not lack intelligence; they lack exposure, confidence, and structured thinking. Our work focuses on what traditional education often ignores.

The Challenge
In many rural schools, education is limited to memorisation. Students often hesitate to speak or ask questions, leaving their communication skills underdeveloped and technology unfamiliar. Pathsarthee bridge this gap by moving beyond books to focus on life, decisions, and opportunities.

Our Core Pillars
Thinking Skills: We focus on asking questions, logical reasoning, and independent opinion formation.
Communication Skills: We help students express ideas clearly, speak without fear, and practice respectful disagreement.
Personality Development: Our sessions build confidence, self-awareness, and decision-making skills.
Digital & General Awareness: We provide basic computer literacy and help students understand the modern world.
