I'm Maurita Weissenberg, founder of PathSetting, a personalized executive function coaching practice designed to help people build the skills they need to thrive: planning, focus, motivation, and follow-through.

With a background as a Learning Support Teacher and former nonprofit leader, I’ve worked with individuals across life stages, from overwhelmed professionals and team leads to struggling teens and concerned parents. Many people don’t lack intelligence, they simply haven’t learned the tools to manage time, stay organized, regulate emotions, or navigate transitions with clarity.

With PathSetting, I help:

Professionals overcome overload and decision fatigue

Parents support their children without micromanaging

Teens & young adults develop independence and resilience

My approach blends executive function coaching, learning support expertise, and real-world structure. Whether you're juggling deadlines, leading a team, or supporting a student, we work together to map a clear path forward, one steady step at a time.

Let’s connect if you're interested in coaching for yourself, your child, or your team or if you’re a fellow educator, therapist, or leader in youth development.
