Amy Ahearn

VP, Strategy at Pathstream

Amy Ahearn is the current Vice President of Strategy at Pathstream. Amy has over seven years of experience in online education, product strategy, and curriculum development. Prior to joining Pathstream, Amy served as the Associate Director for Learning Design at Acumen, where they led product and curriculum strategy for the organization's online learning initiative. During their time at Acumen, Amy produced over 35 original online courses and oversaw a team of instructional designers, program managers, graphic designers, and videographers. Amy also managed customer support for a global community of 500,000 students and launched two new products that generated over a million dollars in revenue. In addition, Amy managed Acumen's partnerships with universities, foundations, and corporations, including Unilever, IKEA, Rockefeller Foundation, The Omidyar Group, The Open Society Foundation, MAVA Foundation, Harvard University, Santa Clara University, and others.

Previously, Amy served as the Online Education Manager at Stanford University School of Medicine. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing online courses and programs for the school. During their time at Stanford, Amy built courses across a range of online learning platforms, including NovoEd, EdX, Udemy, Thinkific, and Teachable.

Amy holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.

Amy Ahearn has a Master's in Learning, Design, and Technology from Stanford University, and a Bachelor's in English and Education Studies from Bowdoin College.

Amy Ahearn reports to Eleanor Cooper, CEO. Amy Ahearn works with Grant Wycliff - Director of Strategy and Business Operations, Johnson Fung - VP Design & Product Innovation, and Jack Danger - VP of Engineering.
