Caity Richards is a dedicated coach, advocate, and learning designer. They have been self-employed since 2010, working as a tutor and executive functioning coach. Caity served as a learning specialist and program coordinator at Dwight School from 2019 to 2024, where they focused on the needs of neurodivergent students and developed individualized lesson plans. They also held various roles in education and operations management, including positions at Obama for America and Brooklyn Children's Theatre. Caity earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Yale University in 2010 and is currently the Senior Manager of Coaching Design at Pathstream.
