Mol Crickman

Mol Crickman is a Product Design Leader specializing in AI, SaaS, and multimodal interfaces. Currently, Mol serves as the Lead Product Designer at Pathstream, where they drive design strategies for emerging tech products. Previously, they held positions such as Director of Product Design at Merlyn for Education and Exhibition Designer at Christie's, showcasing a strong background in user-centered design and cross-functional collaboration. Mol earned a B.A. in English-Creative Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and pursued Graphic Design at Parsons School of Design.
