Nina Slote

Nina Slote has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nina is currently the Director of Student Support at Pathstream, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Pathstream as a Learning Experience Design Manager and Instructor from January 2020 to August 2021, and as a Senior Learning Experience Designer from August 2018 to January 2020.

Before joining Pathstream, Nina was a graduate student in the Learning, Design, and Technology Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Education from August 2017 to August 2018. Nina also gained experience as a Product Management & Partnerships Graduate School Intern at TeachFX from April 2018 to June 2018.

In 2017, Nina was a Teach for America Rising Leaders Fellow from September 2017 to May 2018. Nina also worked as a Business Operations Graduate School Intern at Front Row Education from January 2018 to March 2018.

Nina's earlier experiences include being the Biology Curriculum Design Lead at Lawrence Public Schools from August 2015 to June 2017, a Founding Science Teacher at Spark Academy from August 2014 to June 2015, and a Science Teacher at Teach For America from August 2012 to June 2014.

Nina Slote's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from Bates College, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Nina then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Learning, Design, and Technology Program from Stanford University Graduate School of Education, which they completed from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2018, where they obtained a Stanford Ignite Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. In September 2018, Nina also obtained the Google Certified Educator Level 2 certification from Google for Education.
