Adam Colley

Adam Colley has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Adam started their career as a Client Analyst at Pathward in 2006 and later became a Field Examiner. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Underwriting Analyst, where they coordinated with various departments to ensure efficient loan approval processes. Adam then worked as a Senior Underwriter, Vice President from 2013 to 2017, underwriting loans and closing over 125 deals totaling $220 million. Adam subsequently served as the East Division Underwriting Team Leader, First Vice President, where they facilitated loan coordination and supported loan production goals. Adam most recently held the position of Director, Commercial Underwriting at Pathward, where they established and maintained the credit culture, trained underwriters, and encouraged open credit discussions among different teams. Prior to their tenure at Pathward, they worked as a Client Relationship Manager at Home Value Appraisal Company from 2000 to 2006.

Adam Colley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on finance from Walsh College between 2004 and 2006. Adam then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance, General from the same institution, attending from 2007 to 2009.
