Bala S.

Bala S. has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career as an Enterprise Architect at CSAA Insurance Group in 2006 and continued in that role until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Bala served as the Director of Enterprise Applications at Lumension. They then worked at CSAA Insurance Group again from 2012 to 2014, holding the position of Technical Delivery Leader / Program Architect, Mergers and Acquisitions. Bala joined Nationwide in 2015 as an Enterprise Program Architect and stayed until 2019. In 2019, they became the Chief Engineering Officer at BrightFi and later transitioned to the role of Head of Applications at Karrikin Technologies - The Platform Provider for BrightFi. In 2020, Bala served as the Senior Vice President at Apisero Inc. and also took on the role of CTO at INVU Care. Currently, Bala is the VP of Enterprise Architecture at Pathward.

Bala S. completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Organizational Leadership and International Trade from The University of Findlay in 2000-2001. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Pondicherry University from 1992 to 1994. Their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science was earned from Bharathiar University from 1989 to 1991.
