Charles Ingram

Charles Ingram has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles within the technology and business sectors. Currently, they serve as the EVP & Chief Technology & Product Officer at Pathward, where they are responsible for overseeing the technology and product strategy. Prior to that, they were the EVP, Chief Information Officer at Pathward.

Before joining Pathward, Charles worked as a Technology Advisor and Independent Consultant, focusing on digital transformation, innovation, and talent management. Charles provided advisory services to clients in areas such as data, automation, marketing and sales systems, and program management.

Charles has held several executive positions in renowned companies such as Nextiva, where they served as the Chief Product Officer and led the development and launch of software products. Charles also worked at PetSmart as the Vice President of Solutions, contributing to the company's transformative change agenda during its transition to private equity ownership.

Additionally, Charles has valuable experience from their time at Yum! Brands, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and Wachovia, where they held leadership positions and made significant contributions in technology innovation, architecture, and business technology.

Charles Ingram completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Furman University. Charles attended Furman University from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Wake Forest University School of Business, studying from 1994 to 1997. Later, they engaged in an Executive Program focused on Strategy and Management at INSEAD, which took place from 2008 to 2009.
