Favourite Ndlovu

Favourite Ndlovu has extensive experience in the field of compliance and anti-money laundering (AML). They are currently working at Pathward, where they hold the position of Director of BSA/AML Compliance and OFAC Officer. Prior to this, they served as a Senior BSA/AML Compliance Analyst at the same company.

Before joining Pathward, Favourite worked as a Senior Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Analyst at Pacific Western Bank from 2018 to 2020. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/AML Specialist- Third Party Risk at BofI Federal Bank.

Favourite Ndlovu completed a CAMS certification program at ACAMS from 2015 to 2016. They also pursued a Diploma in Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) at ICA, although the start and end dates for this program are not provided. Lastly, Favourite Ndlovu obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management from the University of Wales.
