Kristin Hoff

Kristin Hoff has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in finance and risk management. Kristin started their career as a Manager at KPMG in 2004 and worked there until 2008. Kristin then joined Daktronics as an Internal Audit Manager from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they moved to Great Western Bank where they initially served as an Assistant Controller and later as a Controller until 2017. During their time at Great Western Bank, they acquired expertise in financial management. In 2017, they joined Pathward as the VP Enterprise Risk Management for a brief period. Subsequently, they held the position of VP Internal Audit for five years until 2022. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Business Controls at Pathward.

Kristin Hoff attended Northern State University from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Accountancy.
