Larry Pearce

Larry Pearce has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. Larry currently holds the role of Chief Lending Officer at Pathward since December 2021. Prior to this, they served as the President of Crestmark Vendor Finance from September 2020 to December 2021. Larry also held the positions of Executive Vice President and Joint Venture Group President at Pathward from September 2013 to September 2020. Additionally, they worked as the 1st Vice President and Underwriting Manager at Pathward from January 2005 to September 2013. Before joining Pathward, Larry served as the Vice President Account Executive at Finova Capital Corporation from January 2000 to December 2004. Larry began their career as a Field Examiner and Financial Analyst at Fremont Financial from August 1994 to December 1999.

Larry Pearce attended Ferris State University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
