Lorin Olson

Lorin Olson is an experienced compensation professional with a diverse background in strategic compensation program design and implementation across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation at Pathward since September 2022, Lorin previously held the position of Director of System Compensation at Spectrum Health, where responsibilities included developing a comprehensive compensation strategy for over 30,000 team members. Prior roles at Fifth Third Bank encompassed leadership positions in executive compensation and HR business partnering, contributing to a wide range of compensation initiatives and collaborating with senior leadership on HR talent plans. Lorin holds a B.A. with honors in Economics from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. in Human Resources from Xavier University.
