Michael Dorobiala

Michael Dorobiala is an experienced IT and business management professional with a diverse background spanning various roles and industries. Currently serving as Manager of IT Engineering at Pathward since August 2014, Michael is also an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster. Previously, Michael held the position of Senior Business Analyst at Meta Payment Systems, where responsibilities included eliciting and documenting business requirements. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Capital One/HSBC, where Michael focused on process management and root cause analysis, and at Americredit, where leadership responsibilities encompassed managing delinquency in the auto portfolio.
