Nick Dounas

Nick Dounas has a diverse work experience. From 2017 onwards, they worked at Pathward as the Vice President and Head of Canadian Originations, where they were responsible for business development, providing asset-based lending and factoring products to small and medium-sized businesses in Canada.

Prior to this, Nick worked at TD starting in 2008. Nick held various roles including Director, Director and Senior Underwriter, and Vice President and Relationship Manager. At TD, they gained experience in underwriting and building relationships with clients.

Before TD, Nick worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from 2005 to 2008. Nick held the position of Vice President and Relationship Manager and also worked as an Assistant Vice President Financial Analyst.

Prior to ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Nick worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. / LaSalle Business Credit from 2000 to 2005. Nick held the role of Assistant Vice President Senior Field Examiner and also worked as a Field Examiner.

At the start of their career, Nick worked at KPMG as an Auditor from 1998 to 2000.

Nick Dounas obtained an Honours BA degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto between 1995 and 1997.
