Will has also served as the Frisco City Council Place 3 at the City of Frisco from 2012 to 2021. In addition, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at MTX Group Inc in 2019. An important role in their career was as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Ingo Money, Inc. from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they worked in various leadership positions at Green Dot Corporation and GE Money. At GE Money, they held roles such as Vice President Prepaid Products, VP and General Manager - CashWorks, Vice President - Strategic Initiatives, and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Will's experience is characterized by their expertise in banking, strategic planning, operations, and client relations.
Will Sowell completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University from 1987 to 1991. Will later pursued further education at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, where they obtained their MBA degree in the year 2004.
