Allison Aten

Allison Aten has extensive work experience in the telecom industry. Allison is currently working as the Head of Customer Success at Pathwave, where they oversee the success of telecom crews by providing real-time solutions through a mobile and web application. Prior to this, they worked at Lumen Technologies as an Implementation Project Manager, focusing on delivering fiber-optic network build-outs to consumer markets. Allison also has experience at Tower Systems, Inc, where they served as the Field Operations Director of Human Resources in the telecom tower/wireless sector. Allison began their career in the US Navy as an Aviation Electrician, specializing in TACAMO & NAWMU-1.

Allison Aten obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Finance from the University of Central Florida, graduating in 2005.
