James Endean

James Endean currently serves as Fractional COO at Pathway Fund and as Trustee and Non-Executive Board Member at UnLtd. Endean is an independent consultant supporting impact organizations and has held notable positions including Director of Finance at Foundations – What Works Centre for Children & Families and Interim Finance Director at Better Cotton. Previously, Endean was Chief Operating Officer at Youth Futures Foundation, playing a critical role in its establishment and governance. With extensive experience at Unilever, important roles included Managing Director for Maille Retail and Commercial Finance Director, where significant financial improvements were achieved. James Endean holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and is a Chartered Management Accountant.
