At Pathway Nexus Group, we believe every student deserves the opportunity to thrive. Across the UK, schools are facing rising exclusions, persistent absence, EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance), and increasing levels of disengagement. Senior leadership teams, SENCOs, and pastoral staff are under growing pressure to deliver effective inclusion support while managing safeguarding responsibilities and improving outcomes.

Pathway Nexus Group provides targeted tuition and trauma-informed mentoring designed to support students who are at risk of exclusion, experiencing SEMH challenges, or struggling to engage in learning.

Our 36-week wraparound programme combines academic support with emotional and behavioural intervention to help re-engage learners and strengthen school inclusion strategies.

We work with students aged 5–18, delivering measurable improvements in:
• Attendance
• Behaviour and emotional regulation
• Academic progress
• Engagement with learning

Our programmes are delivered by qualified teachers, former Senior Leadership Team members, and youth specialists, ensuring a professional approach that aligns with Ofsted expectations, safeguarding standards, and local authority commissioning priorities.

Pathway Nexus Group partners with schools, local authorities, and commissioners to provide practical, evidence-informed support that reduces exclusions, supports EBSA reintegration, and strengthens outcomes for vulnerable learners.

If you are looking for reliable inclusion support, SEMH intervention, or alternative provision pathways that deliver measurable impact, we welcome the opportunity to connect.
