Jared Quient is the founder and managing partner of Pathway Power LLC.
Quient is an experienced renewable energy entrepreneur and executive with a history of developing, negotiating, and closing complex transactions in the renewable energy industry.
Quient earned a Bachelor of Arts in History & Political Science from San Diego State University (1998–2002) and a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law (2005–2007).
Past roles include Counsel at The Cabrera Firm (2014–2015); VP, Project Development at AMSOLAR Corp (2009–2014); and Litigation Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP (2006–2009).
Quient also served as Deputy Voter Protection Director for Obama for America (2008) and as Deputy Finance Director, West Region for Joe Lieberman for President (2003–2004); and held Chief Compliance Officer & EVP, General Counsel (2019–2022) and Senior Vice President & General Counsel roles at BayWa r.e. Solar Projects LLC / Americas.
