Tom Ahern

Tom Ahern serves as a Strategic Advisor at Pathway2Careers since March 2023, focusing on profitable growth in the EdTech market. As a Business Development consultant at Ahern Media since January 2021, Tom provides transactional advice in the K12 EdTech space. Tom is also a Board Member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities, leading the Ed Advisory Counsel and previously served on the boards of Read Naturally, Inc., and PEOPLES EDUCATION. Tom was the CEO of Capstone, where the transition into digital education resulted in significant revenue growth, and earlier, as CEO of SwiftKnowledge, led the company to become one of Minnesota's fastest-growing firms. Tom's tenure at Plato Learning involved substantial growth in courseware business and a successful IPO. Tom holds a BS from Northwestern University.
