Chaim Strassman, MPA SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at PathWays of Southwestern Pennsylvania, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they managed human resources and talent acquisition at Aliya Health Group from 2022 to 2025, overseeing HR staff and advising corporate leadership on employee matters. Earlier in their career, Chaim also engaged with students as a Rabbinic Fellow at JLIC at Queens College and held various roles in youth programming with NCSY. Chaim earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Yeshiva University, along with Rabbinic Ordination from Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary.
