Colleen Elash is an experienced professional currently serving as the Business Application Manager at PathWays of Southwestern Pennsylvania since February 2023. Prior to this role, Colleen held multiple senior positions at InfoWerks Data Services, LLC from September 2000 to September 2021, including Vice President of Special Projects, where evaluation and selection of CRM and workflow products took place, as well as engineering the conversion to new systems. Colleen also served as Vice President of Customer Relations, effectively building relationships with sales teams and customers, and managing challenging client interactions to support customer service excellence. As Vice President of Development/Director of Development, Colleen collaborated with clients to define specifications, ensuring project success by identifying customer needs. Additionally, as a Conversion Development Specialist, Colleen focused on reverse engineering pharmacy systems to facilitate customer data retrieval for system conversions, consistently meeting project deadlines and financial goals.
