Dorian Krausz, PE, LEED AP, serves as the Founding Carbon & Customer Success Lead at Pathways, where responsibilities include developing a life cycle analysis model for building material manufacturers to assess environmental impacts and comply with global carbon reduction policies. As Co-Chair at CLF Rocky Mountain, Dorian focuses on reducing embodied carbon emissions in building materials through education and policy initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at Martin/Martin, Inc., where contributions encompassed sustainability efforts, project management, and design of various structural systems, including extensive work on Topgolf projects across the nation. Dorian's early career featured roles as a structural engineering intern at multiple firms and a research intern at UC Berkeley, culminating in a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UCLA.
