Leise Sandeman is a co-founder of Pathways since October 2022, focused on assisting manufacturers in reducing and communicating their embodied carbon footprint through Life Cycle Analysis, EPD, and AI. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School under Professors Richard Cavanagh and Meghan O’Sullivan, managing projects at Delterra aimed at transforming waste management in Indonesia, and working at McKinsey & Company where expertise in public sector sustainability was developed. Earlier roles include positions at UCL as an Affiliated Researcher, operations leadership at GOODIEBOX, and volunteering with Red Cross Youth, which received the Royal Social Prize. Leise Sandeman holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a BSc in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from UCL, with additional cross-registrations at Harvard Business School, Harvard Graduate School of Design, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
