Pathways Center provides services that are family centered, culturally and consumer responsive, and that lead to empowerment, self sufficiency, and an improved quality of life for persons affected by serious and persistent mental, developmental, or behavioral challenges.

Pathways Center provides mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive disease services in ten Georgia counties - Butts, Carroll, Coweta, Heard, Lamar, Meriwether, Pike, Spalding, Troup, and Upson.  

Pathways Center proudly proclaims the highest level of accreditation achievable.....CARF.  CARF is the nation's accreditation authority in the fields of medical rehabilitation, behavioral health and employment, and community support services.  

Pathways Centerhas been providing services in the West Georgia area since 1972.  Until July 1, 1994, Pathways Center operated as a state facility.  At that time, Community Service Boards came into existence as a result of  Georgia Legislature.  Pathways is one of twenty-six community service boards in the state of Georgia.
