Dr. Ryan Tran, Ph.D., LMFT, is a Licensed Therapist and Program Director at Pathways Community Services, where they provide counseling and coaching to help employees navigate personal and professional challenges. They hold a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University, where they researched the impact of organizational change on employee engagement. Dr. Tran's experience includes roles as a Licensed Therapist at Rise Family Counseling and as a Board Member at Insightful Matters Family Counseling Professionals, focusing on leadership and strategic planning.
