Ryan Stoll

Ryan Stoll, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at Pathways and is a Founding Partner at Humanity by Design, a consultancy focused on creating tech-driven solutions for positive change. As the Co-Creator of COMPASS for Courage at Courage Company, Ryan developed a toolkit promoting resilience in children. In an academic capacity, Ryan has managed programs at Bridges and Psych for Life at Arizona State University, enhancing the accessibility of psychological science for individual well-being. Additionally, Ryan led research innovation at the Courage Lab, focusing on transforming insights into commercial applications. Educational credentials include a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a BS in Psychology from Arizona State University, along with an AA in Film/Video and Photographic Arts from Chandler/Gilbert Community College.
