Lin Shi

Lin Shi is a founder of the Money Health Collective and serves as a principal consultant and actuary at Mercer, where they focus on global employee needs and financial wellbeing. With over 13 years of experience across public, private, and social sectors, Lin is currently a fellow at the World Economic Forum, contributing to the Longevity Economy initiative. They have held leadership roles at Pathways LA and the Global Shapers Community, advocating for inclusive education and community support. Lin is also recognized as a Fulbright-Schuman grantee and has authored research on pension systems in Europe.
