Pathways to Self is an attempt to examine the non-linear, continuous quest for our inner essence.  

The concept is an extension of our own inner exploration. To become who we are meant to be, a conscious personal living relationship with our core is essential. Ancient wisdom traditions and modern depth and humanistic psychologies speak of this core, the 'SELF' (ref. Dr. Carl Gustav Jung), which propels us to actualise our potential and grow. We seek to unravel this unique, sacred yet mysterious connect, while cherishing the human relatedness.  

Life emerges at the intersection of our conscious wilful efforts (volitional endeavours) and divine grace - it is an interplay between the forces of our aware intentionality and the Other (something larger than us that made/makes its presence in our field of awareness). We call this "Other" by many names: in a traditional sense by the words for God or Divine; in philosophical traditions by Tao / Dao / Zen / way / spirit / universe / flow / light; in depth and process psychologies as the unconscious / process mind / the wise old one / million year old; or by any other name we may wish to call it.  

Through Pathways to Self, we attempt is to explore the intersection of volitional efforts and divine grace by examination of life stories, myths, rituals, religious traditions, ancient wisdom paths in action oriented platforms (workshops, retreats, seminars, learning circles) and personal one-on-one sessions. We do this through a ‘sangam’ (confluence) of the East and West with our trainings in western psycho-somatic-spiritual frameworks and our rootedness in eastern traditional wisdom traditions.
