Ricky Zambrowicz currently serves as the IFI Team Lead at Pathways Transition Programs, Inc., where management of a mental health team focuses on crisis support for individuals and families, alongside community relationship building and staff training. Previous roles include IOP Clinician at Northside Hospital, where group and individual therapy was provided, and Behavioral Therapist at Northeast Georgia Health System, specializing in inpatient care and safety monitoring. Additionally, Ricky worked as an Intake Specialist conducting crisis assessments and as a Mental Health Technician offering support within the behavioral unit. Experience also includes serving as a Student Counselor at Toccoa Falls College, delivering counseling to students and community members. Ricky holds an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Georgia, a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Religion from Toccoa Falls College, and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.
