At Pathways we have a collaborative multi agency response to domestic abuse, achieving faster access to justice and protection for victim/survivors in our community.

We enable police and frontline support agencies to make instant referrals through the Pathways App to specialist legal support, with real time tracking on applications for legal aid and civil injunctions, including:

▸ Non-Molestation Orders
▸ Prohibited Steps Order
▸ Transfer of Tenancies
▸ Child Arrangements Order
▸ Occupation Orders
▸ Care Proceedings

A referral takes just 60 seconds. From that moment, a specialist solicitor contacts the survivor directly, legal aid is assessed, a statement is prepared and the path to a protection order begins.

We work with:
▸ Police
▸ IDVAs
▸ Charities
▸ Courts
▸ Housing teams
▸ Local Authorities

Pathways is saving frontline time and resources while ensuring survivors get the protection they need faster.
