Justine Bateman

Justine Bateman, LMSW, is an experienced social work professional currently serving as the Regional Director at Pathways, Inc. since January 2024. Previously, Justine held various roles at Pathways, including Coordinator of Care Coordination and Contract Management and Care Coordination Supervisor from December 2017 to January 2024. Justine’s earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Individual Care Coordinator and Sociotherapist at Hillside Children's Center from September 2009 to December 2017 and December 2004 to July 2007, respectively. Justine holds a Master of Social Work from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Social Work from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
