Nina Lee

Nina Lee has worked in the healthcare industry since 2011. Nina began their career as a Program Coordinator at HAP (Hmong American Partnership). In 2014, they took on the role of Senior Claims Specialist at Park Nicollet Health Services, where they initiated or responded to phone calls from patients, insurance carriers, physicians, and other departments, reviewed accounts receivable aged trial balance reports and/or online lists, and analyzed, authorized, and applied adjustments accurately to accounts including request from the patient relations and medical department. In 2017, they joined InstaMed, a J.P. Morgan company, as an Implementation Manager and Implementation Associate, Payer. In 2021, they moved to RQI Partners, LLC, where they worked as an Implementation Project Manager. Nina currently holds the same role at Patient Pattern, Inc.

Nina Lee attended Hamline University from 2007 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
