Jonathan Roberts

Jonathan Roberts is currently the Senior Vice President of Risk & Data Analytics at PatientFi. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Patient Finance/Credit & Payment Solutions, Revenue Operations at Pacific Dental Services from November 2016 to November 2021. Before Pacific Dental Services, Jonathan was the Vice President of Credit Risk Management/Consumer Lending/Consumer Finance at OneWest Bank from May 2011 to October 2016. Jonathan's career started at Bank of America where they worked from May 2003 to May 2011 and held the title of Vice President of Credit Risk Strategy/Consumer Lending/Operations. Jonathan has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry and is an expert in risk management and data analytics.

Jonathan Roberts attended John Carroll University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a minor in Economics.
