Christopher Lester is currently the VP of Marketing & Sales at PatientFocus. Christopher has over fifteen years of experience in sales and customer success management. Prior to their current position, they were the VP of Sales and Director of Customer Success Management at Emma, Inc from January 2011 to December 2016.

At Emma, Christopher managed the top 10% of revenue for Sylvan Learning Centers, The Atlanta Falcons, Method, and YoungLife clients. Christopher was published and quoted in several national media outlets including Huffington Post, MarketingProfs, and DMA. Christopher generated a 56% increase in new business through implementation of best practices, streamlining and automating processes, and staff training and development. Christopher also reduced first 90-day churn to under 2% with a structured onboarding process.

Christopher launched the Account Management team to provide top revenue generating customers strategic support, industry expertise and a one-to-one relationship. As a result, they increased awareness and engagement from the customer base, potential customers, and strategic partners. Christopher also secured 80% of new customers on a 12 month+ agreement and produced a 250% increase in average revenue per unit, ARPU.

In order to connect KPIs between marketing and sales, Christopher developed and customized comprehensive marketing and sales programs for top performing verticals. Christopher decreased ramp time and increased productivity through managing the Sales Enablement effort to effectively onboard, train and develop new and existing team members. Christopher Lester has a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication, General from Lipscomb University. Christopher is currently a marketing student at Emeritus.
