Rob Widmer is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and development. Currently serving as Principal Architect at PatientIQ since April 2021, Widmer co-owns Widmer Brothers Rentals, LLC, overseeing three residential rental properties. Prior to these roles, Widmer spent nearly 13 years at Finalsite, advancing through positions from Developer to Principal Systems Architect, where significant initiatives included leading a migration to Kubernetes, optimizing the Finalsite CMS, and implementing modern development practices. Earlier experience includes roles as a Java Developer at Ohio University, contributing to projects for General Electric Aviation, and as a Computer Technician, providing support for over 500 systems.
