Jonathan Barnett has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jonathan currently holds the position of Vice President of Experience Design at PatientPoint®, a role they started in June 2023. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at AmerisourceBergen as a Senior Director and Director, where they established and led the Experience Strategy and Design function within the Global Brand and Customer Experience organization. Jonathan also served as a UX Lead and Senior UX Designer, where they contributed to creating positive user experiences and guiding teams in meeting the needs of stakeholders and customers.

Before joining AmerisourceBergen, Jonathan worked as a Digital Content and Multimedia Specialist at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. In this role, they were responsible for enhancing and expressing digital scientific and medical information through creative direction, design, and maintenance of multimedia content.

Jonathan began their career at Bracket as a Senior Multimedia Developer, where they were involved in creating various multimedia deliverables and designing software programs. Prior to that, they gained experience in the entertainment industry as a Locations Production Assistant at DreamWorks Productions and as a Freelance Crew member at Comcast Newsmakers.

Throughout their career, Jonathan has demonstrated expertise in experience design, user-centered design, user research, and leading design initiatives. Jonathan has collaborated with stakeholders and teams at different levels of an organization to deliver solutions aligned with business goals and customer needs. Additionally, Jonathan has a strong commitment to advocating for customers and driving process improvement.

Jonathan Barnett completed their Bachelor's degree in English and Communications from Cabrini University from 2004 to 2008. After that, there is no information available about any further education at Carroll or any other institution.
