Michael Harper is a seasoned facilitator and experience innovator with a focus on human-centered design. They currently serve as the VP of Experience Innovation at PatientPoint® and have been the Chief of Radical Experiences at MOFi since 2018. With over twenty years of experience, they specialize in creating engaging, people-first experiences that address organizational challenges, and they are the owner of Teamworx Talent Development, dedicated to eradicating boring experiences. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Austin College. Previously, they also served as Associate Editor at Presbyterian Church (USA) and a Facilitator and Managing Director at WorkShop, the Creative Workplace.
