Taylor West has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started their career as a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in May 2013, ending in January 2014. They then transitioned to Belmont Abbey College, where they worked as an Admissions Counselor from June 2014 to May 2015. In 2015, they joined XOOM Energy as a Solar Energy Representative, which lasted until August 2016. They then became a Commercial Energy Consultant at XOOM Energy from August 2016 to May 2017.

In January 2018, Taylor West joined PatientPoint® as an Associate Director, Provider Solutions, and held the position until September 2018. From September 2018 to July 2019, they served as the Director, Provider Solutions at PatientPoint®. They then transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager from July 2019 to June 2021. From June 2021 to July 2023, they worked as a Customer Success Manager, Virtual Care at PatientPoint®. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Account Manager at PatientPoint®, starting in July 2023.

Taylor West attended Belmont Abbey College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing. Additionally, in June 2023, Taylor obtained certifications in "Creating a Culture of Service" and "Developing a Service Mindset" from LinkedIn.
