Jeff Mock's work experience includes a variety of roles in different organizations.
From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics.
From 2011 to 2012, they were an Assistant Manager at Sherwin Williams, where they completed the Management Training Program and took on responsibilities such as managing employees, analyzing profit and loss reports, and managing inventory.
Starting in 2013, they joined Path Forward, where they held several positions. Jeff began as a Client Advocate, serving as the main contact for clients and guiding them through the process. Jeff then became a Medical Applications Specialist, assisting clients with software transitions. Jeff specialized in Epic software and obtained certification on Epic's Cadence and Prelude applications. After that, they worked as a Manager of Client Engagement, and finally as a Product Manager until January 2021.
Since 2021, they have been working at PatientSync, starting as an Executive Director and then becoming the Chief Executive Officer. Later on, they assumed the role of VP of Product and currently serves as the VP of Customer Success.
Jeff Mock attended Ohio University from 2006 to 2010. Jeff obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems and Marketing. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Management Information Systems.
