Katie Powers, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at PatientSync since November 2024. Previously, Katie held various leadership roles at Blue Alliance from January 2012 to October 2024, including Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources, along with serving in interim roles related to human resources and patient access. Before joining Blue Alliance, Katie was Vice President of Human Resources at Tier1MRO from October 2020 to April 2023 and worked as an Account Manager at MCCC SPORTSWEAR, INC from May 2009 to January 2012. Katie began a professional career at Pizazz Studio Inc. as a Manager from July 2004 to May 2009. Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts (2-D) from the University of Cincinnati between 2003 and 2008.
