Birgitte Pasgaard

Birgitte Pasgaard is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the law sector. Currently serving as a Partner and Advokat at Patrade since September 2025, Pasgaard previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Lars Larsen Group from November 2018 to September 2025. Additional experience includes a role as Advokatfuldmægtig at INTERLEX Advokater for a short tenure in 2022 and as Erhvervsjurist at ILVA from May 2012 to October 2018. Educational qualifications include a cand.jur degree from Syddansk Universitet, a Master of Science in Economics, Business Administration, and Commercial Law from Aarhus University, and a study abroad program at the University of Technology Sydney. Pasgaard also holds a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Aarhus University and completed the Higher Commercial Examination at Varde Handelsskole.
